Two models: fixed scope, with price and deadline defined before we start; or a time-based engagement (monthly or hourly) when the scope evolves with the product. I recommend a model in the proposal and explain why.

I work full time as a Tech Lead and reserve a fixed weekly window for freelance projects. I take a limited number of simultaneous clients precisely to protect quality — current availability is agreed on the first call.

A high-conversion landing page takes 1 to 2 weeks. An institutional portal or website, 3 to 6 weeks. A system or SaaS with its own backend usually runs 8 to 16 weeks, delivered in cycles with usable value from the start.

Yes. Every project has a contract covering scope, deadlines, intellectual property and confidentiality, plus proper invoicing. I sign NDAs whenever the client needs one.

Every project includes a warranty period for fixes, documentation and knowledge transfer to your team. If you want continuity, I offer monthly maintenance and evolution plans.

Yes. As a Tech Lead I assemble and coordinate a squad with trusted designers and developers when the project requires it. You still have a single point of contact: me.

Yes. I work remotely from the Brasília timezone (GMT-3), with comfortable overlap with Europe and the Americas, and I work in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
